Purchasing & Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
- Prepare procurement-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
- Process and track purchase orders for goods and services.
- Inspect and verify purchased goods and services along with relevant documents.
- Manage inventory and control issuance of supplies.
- Prepare purchasing reports and analyze data.
Administration:
- Maintain and organize company documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Manage company vehicle schedules and meeting room reservations.
- Prepare monthly expense approval documents.
- Manage and monitor company assets (Fixed Assets).
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing and administration.
