Account Executive (Event / MICE)

The Account Executive plays a key role in driving business growth and success for Rende Group by expanding the client base and generating revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to create new sales opportunities and event projects.
- Present and promote products and services tailored to client needs.
- Provide consultation and after-sales support to clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, age 27–35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event space sales, concert sales, or MICE industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Professional, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
- Able to work under pressure with challenging sales targets.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
