Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

  • Prepare procurement-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Process and track purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Inspect and verify purchased goods and services along with relevant documents.
  • Manage inventory and control issuance of supplies.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and analyze data.

Administration:

  • Maintain and organize company documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Manage company vehicle schedules and meeting room reservations.
  • Prepare monthly expense approval documents.
  • Manage and monitor company assets (Fixed Assets).
  • Perform other assigned administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing and administration.
